Systems Engineer

Avatier Corporation the world's fastest growing identity management software company with recent enterprise wins at MillerCoors, Starbucks, Cabot, and more is seeking an experienced Identity Management Systems Engineer preferably located in Northern California, to sell Avatier's unique turnkey Identity Management Suite into new accounts, utilizing a consultative sales approach and the portfolio of Avatier’s software and services.

Your mission will be to assist regional sales managers close business in new customer accounts. You will perform webex's, assist with RFPs, and go on site for pre and post sales engagements.

Minimum Position Requirements

• Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years prior experience installing, supporting, and deploying identity management software working as an Identity Management Systems Engineer.

• Must have a strong understanding of Identity Management concepts

• Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding company goals.

• Experience with and have used a sales methodology

• Experience in teaming with Systems Integrators is also required. The successful candidate's background will include having established and executed call plans, orchestrated account-planning sessions and effectively executed account strategies

• BA/BS degree at a minimum

• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills

• Self-starter with the ability to take direction
